Frequently Asked Questions

What Shipping Methods Are Available??

Most items can ship nationwide in NZ via courier however our dropper poles ship with a freight forwarding company due to their length. So allow a few extra days delivery if you are purchasing poles from outside Auckland. Within Auckland you can also drop in to our trade counter to pick up orders or we can deliver your poles to your door (or your site) in our van.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Courier deliveries are 1-2 days for North Island and 2-3 days for South Island. Oversize items allow 5 days Nationwide.

Some Wisenet products are sourced from our Australian partners and land in 3-5 business days.  Special Order items are imported from manufacturers and can take up to 3 months. Check with staff for latest ETA’s.

What Does On Backorder Mean?

While we do hold all the commonly sold items in our Auckland warehouse, there are many more items available that we regularly ship from elsewhere. On backorder simply indicates the item is not in our NZ stock.

Wisenet items (except for Special Order items) are landed every few days from our Australian partners, which gives us access to many more products in the range.
